1. Our services as consultants, planners and coordinators.
We personally involve & take care of the all big & small things. We will contact, shortlist, negotiate & finalise the best vendor in terms of money & services. All you need to do is, have a good time and enjoy the function while being safe in the knowledge that your guests are having a great time to remember as well.
We plan the sequence of events, the Decor design, the layout, the Menu, plate count, the Entertainment, and so much more.
2. RSVP, Help Desk & Guest Management .
Work on Guest List, help desk no. (that will start15 days prior to event) for your guests, send whats app & messages, rsvp & update itinerary.
It makes your guest more comfortable and convenient in case of any query.
3. Pick & Drop, Transport & Cab Management :
As per updated itinerary we finalise the no. of cabs & vehicle we required to pick & drop our guests to airport, station etc. We will book the cab accordingly, manage & ensure 100% convenience of your guests.
4. Team Support :
Our team comprise of Smita & Saurabh with experienced and innovative professionals who like to go an extra mile for successful execution of events and meeting the commitments.
